If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 30 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive) and we’ll refund the full price of the product(s) in question. - Inferior quality or low-resolution images uploaded onto the system
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process
- Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer
Therefore, please preview/approve your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to ordering. If your order gets damaged in transit, we will reprint it for you at no additional cost. In the event of some quality issues, we may ask you to return the printed materials back to our location for inspection before we start reprinting them.
